I had my first ultrasound today

Well I had my first ultrasound today.  No it is a mistake, I had an ultrasound today.  I bet you are imagining Arnold Schwarzenegger in the movie “Junior” but you would be wrong.  I went and saw a physical therapist at the Pro Sports Club because I have had a pain in one of the muscles in my hip/leg for a couple of weeks so I went in to see what they could do.  Once they identified the muscle in question they applied ultrasound to it, to in effect, warm it up – no pictures are taken as part of the process, they just apply the gell and then rub the device around over the problem area.  They when work on it directly with massage and then repeat the ultrasound process again.  All and all it was interesting and crossing my fingers it will work and the pain will just go away.
