It is kind of strange but last night as I was heading to the Husky basketball game I noticed that the rain looked like it might have had a little snow in it. It was not like about a week ago when you could clearly see the flakes on the windshield but I dismissed it as it seemed too warm. It was clear when I was out walking around at 11 pm.
To my surprise this morning I look outside and there is snow in my yard! It looks like we got about an inch. It sounds like North of the city they got a lot more which has kind of been my experience. Attached are a couple of photos I quickly took from my bedroom window. You can see my brother’s car with snow on it and then the fact that the snow is already almost gone from any street surface.
Snow is great but in eight days I will be in the Arizona sun!
